Moda Living continues expansion with two new directors

Published on: 30 Jun 2017

Mark Howe and Mathew Gonzalez will join private rental developer Moda Living as project director and development director respectively.

Howe will focus on projects north of Birmingham, while Gonzalez will concentrate on London and the South East.

The firm has a £1.3 billion development pipeline for 6,000 apartments in cities across the UK. It recently partnered with Uber in a scheme that incentivised residents to give up their parking space in exchange for Uber credit.

Howe joins Moda Living from ISIS Waterside Regeneration, where he managed developments in Manchester, Leeds and others. Gonzalez previously worked for Jackson Coles LLP, where he worked on the Old Vinyl Factory regeneration project in west London.

Gonzales said: “Moda Living is delivering stand-out schemes across the country and I look forward to working with the team to deliver homes of the same quality in London and the South East.”

Howe added: “I’m delighted to join the company as it moves into the next phase of delivery”.
