Mosaic Town Planning makes two promotions in Manchester

Mosaic Town Planning has made two promotions in its Manchester office.

Leon Armstrong has been promoted to director and Andrew Jalali to senior planner.

Armstrong has been with Mosaic since its inception in 2007 and Andrew Jalali joined as a graduate planner in 2013.

Armstrong will focus on business development alongside a new management role, whilst Jalali will take on more complex projects.
