Neil Morton promoted to GVA senior director

Real estate advisory service GVA has promoted Neil Morton to senior director in its Newcastle planning development and regeneration (PDR) team.

Morton joined GVA in 2013 and has overseen growth of the PDR team.

The team is currently advising a range of clients on a number of large projects located in the region. These include the regeneration of Pilgrim Street In Newcastle and a new settlement in North Yorkshire.

Morton said: “I am hugely looking forward to continuing the growth which the team has enjoyed over recent years and the success which it has brought to our clients and their projects”.
