New hires at GVA in Scotland

Mark Currie  [square]Real estate advisory firm GVA has announced new appointments and promotions in Scotland.

Mark Currie has been appointed director in the corporate solutions team and will provide property portfolio advice to the firm’s corporate clients. He has previously worked with Cushman & Wakefield, RBS and Aberdeen Asset Management.

The Scottish business team has seen three new appointments.

Michael Facenna has been appointed associate in Glasgow, joining from Co-Star Group and will work on landlord and tenant work in the office sector. 

In Edinburgh, Matthew Moggach will be joining as senior surveyor in May from Ryden, where he was based in their Dundee office. Moggach will focus on business space agency advice in the East of Scotland.

Georgina Dent has been appointed assistant graduate surveyor in Edinburgh, having studied urban planning and property development at university.

GVA has promoted Gavin Highgate and Kerry Maguire to associate in its telecoms and valuation team.
