New partner announced at Fisher German’s Birmingham hub 

Property consultancy Fisher German has appointed Arthur Morgan as partner in its residential development team in its new Birmingham office. 

Morgan is a development surveyor with more than 12 years of experience in the industry. He joins from Cushman & Wakefield where he worked on several development schemes for public and private sector clients.

Ben Marshalsay, head of development at Fisher German, said: “With the Birmingham office opening and housebuilding targets needing to be met across the region, we anticipate there will be a lot of opportunities in the market in the medium to long term.”
