Nexus Planning announces two senior hires

Nexus Planning has announced two senior appointments in its Bristol office.

Dan Sharp joins as associate director from RPS. He has a diverse range of experience in planning, with a particular focus on residential and mixed-use developments. 

Lauren Taljaard is appointed associate and has over 20 years of experience in planning consultancy with knowledge in all aspects of plan making having spent the first part of her career assisting local authorities in progressing their local plans.   

She has spent the second part of her career working for land promoters and housebuilders, submitting planning applications, with a particular focus on residential and mixed-use developments.

They will work closely with strategic land expert Tony Clements to lead the Bristol team and support the consultancy’s existing portfolio of strategic land clients across the South West.
