Nexus Planning appoints associate director in Birmingham
Nexus Planning has appointed Tom James as associate director in its Birmingham office to lead on strategic land and housing delivery projects.
James will collaborate with the Nexus team in Reading, Bristol, Manchester and London to help deliver specialist strategic land management capabilities nationwide.
He was previously a principal policy officer at West Northamptonshire Council where he led the local plan process.
James has also undertaken and commissioned evidence-based material on strategic land availability assessments, housing and economic needs assessments and new settlement studies.
