Planning and regeneration consultancy Nexus Planning has recruited Paul Landsberg as an associate to its London office.

Landsberg is a chartered town planner and a member of the RTPI. He has experience in large-scale mixed-use development, major infrastructure projects and estate regeneration, as well as schemes across the residential, retail and commercial sectors.

He joins the consultancy from Wandsworth Borough Council, where he was a principal planner. He was involved with the Vauxhall, Nine Elms and Battersea Opportunity Area regeneration. Landsberg was also the lead planning officer for the £8 billion redevelopment of the Grade II* listed Battersea Power Station.

Landsberg said: “Nexus Planning has, over the past four years, established an enviable national reputation and a solid trajectory of growth. Joining the firm at such an exciting time is a tremendous opportunity, and I look forward to bringing to bear my experience across the planning and development world to the benefit of the firm’s clients.”
