Nicholle Phillips joins Countryside

Countryside has appointed Nicholle Phillips director of strategic land west.
Phillips spent over 12 years working at Crest Nicholson and Taylor Wimpey, where she gained experience in acquiring and promoting large-scale strategic sites through the planning system.
Phillips and her team are focussed on leading the growth of the housebuilder’s strategic land business in the Thames Valley and surrounding counties.
