Consultancy Peter Brett Associates has promoted three of its equity directors to partners as the practice strengthens its transport planning and planning areas of the business.
James Overend has worked at PBA for 12 years, and in the transport planning field for over 25 years. He manages a number of PBA’s client relationships primarily in the industrial and residential land development sectors, and leads the firm’s transport planning team in Reading.
Jane Hirst has over 30 years experience as a planning consultant, working primarily in the private sector, with direct project experience on a number of major infrastructure projects including HS2, Thames Tideway Tunnel and Crossrail. Since joining PBA 18 months ago, she has completed a review of the planning part of the business with a view to making it more client-focussed. She leads PBA's planning teams in the South.
Bernard Greep joined PBA in 2001 and has nearly 20 years of planning experience, including time spent in the public sector dealing with masterplans, implementation plans and providing policy advice. He has achieved allocations for PBA’s private sector clients including developers, housebuilders, landowners and retail operators, and now leads the firm’s planning service in the North.
