Pegasus Group names new CEO

Nicky Parsons  [square]Planning and development consultancy Pegasus Group has named Nicky Parsons as the new CEO.

Parsons has been with the business for more than 10 years and replaces founding member Jim Tarzey, who steps down to focus on professional work.

Sebastian Tibenham replaces Parsons as deputy CEO in Manchester.

Parsons said: “It is a huge privilege to take up this new position as the company works towards its significant growth plans for 2023 and over the next five years. The economic climate is undoubtedly challenging, but we have the plans and team in place to deliver on those ambitious goals.

“We want to be the company of choice for both our employees and our clients. That starts with making sure our people are enthused and empowered and that is my number one priority, alongside improving diversity and inclusion.”
