Pocket Living’s founder retires as CFO announced

Paul Rickard [square]Housing development company Pocket Living has appointed a new chief financial officer, and announced the retirement of founder and finance director Paul Harbard. 

Harbard spent 12 years at Peabody, prior to co-founding Pocket Living. He set up Pocket Living with Marc Vlessing in 2005. 

Harbard said: “I am very proud to see the hopes and dreams of so many city makers satisfied as part of the realisation of our vision to help address housing needs in London.”

Paul Rickard joins Pocket Living as chief financial officer. He previously worked at One Housing and has experience within the housing association sector. 

Chief executive of Pocket Living, Vlessing, said: "London continues to need creative and innovative solutions to the housing crisis and Paul will be instrumental in taking Pocket to the next level in the decade ahead.”
