Property consultancy launches economics team

Iceni Projects has launched an economics team, with two directors appointed to lead it.

Matt Kinghan and Paul McColgan previously headed up the GL Hearn economic planning team and join Iceni director Nick Ireland to lead the new sector within the firm.

Kinghan specialises in employment land strategy, economic needs assessment, social and economic impact, business cases and land value uplift, town centre regeneration and multidisciplinary strategic planning and evidence-based studies.

McColgan specialises in producing evidence-based studies for local authorities and property developers. His main focus is on producing local housing needs assessments, understanding the market for different types of housing and employment land reviews.
