Ramboll appoints two directors

Helena Turner [square]Engineering consultancy Ramboll has announced two new directors to its business.

Trina Minchella has been appointed as director of rail infrastructure to lead its rail infrastructure team and an account for Transport for London (TfL). Minchella joins from Network Rail having worked mostly in the public sector for more than 20 years delivering innovation to railway programmes.

Helena Turner has been appointed director to lead the High Speed 2 (HS2) account to help strengthen client relationships and bring greater alignment of capabilities to meet the ambitions for HS2. She joins from Jacobs and has spent the past decade working on national infrastructure projects.

Mike Birch, Ramboll’s divisional director for rail, said: “These senior appointments reflect our ambition to grow and invest in our rail business, recognising the important role rail has in delivering the UK’s net zero future. Trina’s passion for the industry and commitment to improving value for clients and the travelling public will help us secure the best outcomes for clients and their customers.
