Rapleys announces business restructure
Property consultancy Rapleys has launched its new brand and reorganised its leadership team to drive sustainable growth placing planning as one of four key business areas.
Its new brand includes focused messaging targeted to specific stakeholder groups and a new website.
Alongside Robert Clarke, head of planning and senior partner, Justin Tuckwell, head of building consultancy, has been made managing partner in a new role to drive operations, business growth, market positioning and oversee the company’s internal and external people strategy.
Nick Fell has been promoted to head up the residential division with the former head of residential Angus Irvine taking on the responsibility for driving growth across residential land agency, focussing on transactions and the build to rent and retirement living sectors in particular.
In Bristol, former head Mike Orr has become an equity partner and Alex Rogerson has joined as partner.
