Rapleys hires equity partner in London

Rapleys LLP has appointed James Owens as equity partner in its town planning division in London.
Owens joins from JLL where he was a director in the planning and development team.
He has more than 30 years of experience in town planning and has advised as a consultant across many sectors including residential, commercial and education.
Robert Clarke, senior partner of Rapleys LLP, said: “James is an acknowledged name in the planning world. He will bring a welcome, and valuable, new dimension in servicing client instructions and, further, to the growth of our town planning business in London and across the UK.”
