Richborough announces two promotions 

Birmingham land promoter Richborough has promoted Charlotte Lewis and Dean Knight to group design director and group technical director respectively.

Lewis and Knight head up Richborough’s design and technical departments.  

Knight said: “Working closely with Charlotte, the technical department identifies risks on sites sothey can be easily managed and mitigated by our development partners. We also navigate the increasingly tough design and environmental legislation. This attracts more developers to bid for our sites on the open market, driving a very competitive process and a smoother sale for our landowners.”
