Richborough appoints planning delivery director 

Richborough has appointed Matt Parry as planning delivery director to head its new department.

Parry joins from Redrow, where he was strategic land and planning director for the South Midlands.

He will lead Richborough’s new planning delivery function, which will manage its increasing number of residential planning applications from submission through to determination, and provide project management support for appeals.

Briony Stenhouse and Grace Sadler have both been internally promoted to the role of planning delivery manager.
