Richborough Estates hires two planning managers

Birmingham-based land promoter Richborough Estates has appointed two divisional planning managers to support business growth.
Ian Long joins the eastern division from Boyer Planning, where he was a senior land and planning consultant.
Matt Dugdale joins the western division from Nexus Planning, where he was an associate director.
They will support Richborough’s regional directors on:
- site identification and acquisition;
- managing applications and appeals; and
- ensuring sites are effectively promoted through the plan-making process.
