Richborough Estates promotes regional manager

Richborough Estates has promoted Joe Jones from regional manager to Midlands regional director.
Jones takes over from previous regional director for the Midlands Nick Jones who is now group director of the company’s commercial division.
Joe Jones joined the Birmingham-based land promoter in 2016 as land study manager and worked his way up through roles including land and planning manager and senior land and planning manager.
He is now responsible for managing and growing land promotion activity across the region, which includes Gloucestershire, Worcestershire, Herefordshire, Shropshire, Staffordshire and Cheshire.
