Strategic land promotion company Richborough Estates has taken 3,000 square feet of office space in Birmingham.

The office space is on the second floor of Waterloo House, one floor down from its previous office space and an increase in space from 1,200 square feet.

The upgrade was made in response to recent growth by the company, which has taken on six new staff members since the beginning of the year.

Investment management company JLL secured the deal.

Karl Parkinson-Witte, joint managing director at Richborough Estates, said: “We’ve seen significant growth both in terms of the number of live projects that we’re working on and our headcount, with a team now in place that’s going to ensure that we’re able to deliver absolutely the best service for our sites around the country.

“While we had outgrown our previous suite, Waterloo House has proven to be a great location situated right in the city centre and with great transport connections on the doorstep.”
