Richborough hires urban designer in Birmingham
National land promoter Richborough has appointed Neil Oxley as senior urban designer at its Birmingham headquarters.
Oxley joins from Barratt Homes. He has previously worked at Pegasus Group and other housebuilders, as well as consultancies, bringing more than 25 years of industry experience.
He will work with Richborough’s group design director Charlotte Lewis.
Oxley said: “Having worked previously as a consultant with Richborough I got to know the business, the people and the values and it was these aspects, together with the professionalism and exceptional projects, that drew me to join the team.
“I enjoy working on the varied projects, into which I can apply my design and management skills. Richborough also has a great team ethic with everyone working together to resolve any challenges that may present.”
