Ringley Group appoints managing director in Manchester

Residential property consultancy Ringley Group has appointed Ian Barber as its new managing director for its build-to-rent (BTR) division at its Manchester office.

Barber joins from Landmark Development Solutions and has over 18 years of experience within the property industry.

He will help lead Life by Ringley, which advises investors and operators across the whole lifecycle of a BTR asset, from design and planning through to lease-up, operations and disposal.

Barber will also support the mobilisation and operations of mandated BTR schemes across the north of England and the Midlands.
