Russell-Cooke promotes two senior associates

Law firm Russell-Cooke has announced that it has promoted two senior associates.

Pieter Boodt has been promoted to partner in its real estate team. Boodt joined as an associate in 2017 and advises clients on commercial real estate transactions, including site assembly, development, the acquisition and disposal of investment assets, and real estate finance.

Shabnam Ali-Khan has been promoted to partner in its enfranchisement team. Ali-Khan joined as an associate in 2015 and she specialises in handling lease extension and enfranchisement matters. Her practice often involves issues relating to landlord and tenant matters such as the right to manage, service charges and commonhold structures.
