Senior director appointed by Lichfields
Planning and development consultancy Lichfields has appointed planner Michael Lowndes as a senior director in the major projects team in firm’s headquarters.
Based in the City of London, his work will centre around large developments in the capital.
Lowndes has worked on mixed-use developments in London over the last 20 years, as well as for local planning authorities in Bromley, Hackney and Westminster.
His work at Lichfields will focus on winning and servicing London development work, alongside chief executive James Fennell and senior director Nick Thompson. Lowndes will assume overall responsibility for Lichfields’ heritage, townscape and visual impact assessment functions across all its offices.
Lowndes is a member of the RTPI.
