Sevo Planning launches in Manchester 

Stephen Morgan-Hyland, former Maddox managing director (MD), has launched Manchester based Sevo Planning trading from office space at Withington Works.

Morgan-Hyland says he has created Sevo with an “ethos of contributIng to sustainable evolutIon and planning for all our futures”. 

As founding director, Morgan-Hyland is positIoning Sevo as a go-to independent town planning consultancy for commercial developers, housebuilders, investors, landowners, infrastructure providers, transport operators and public bodies.

He has had a career spanning 25 years and is a former director of Lichfields, Maddox and Savills. 

Morgan-Hyland said: "Progress in the built environment is about improving enjoyment of life. Making things better is the crux, whether that is access to a good home or creaTIng better places to work and enjoy life. That is, together with protecting what we value about our existing built and natural environments. Sustainable evolutIon sits at the heart of progressive placemaking."
