South of England office opens for Pegasus

Pegasus Group has opened a new regional office in the south of England.

It is located at Tollgate Business Park, Chandler’s Ford, Southampton. 

The office will be headed up by senior planning director Jeremy Gardiner.

He said: “I am excited to have joined Pegasus Group, and it is testament to the strength of the company that it has found ways to bring its strategic vision to reality in what are challenging times for the development industry. I look forward to both growing the business in Hampshire and surrounding counties and to strengthening the group’s capabilities across the South East region.

“The majority of my experience comes from promoting strategic land and handling planning applications for housebuilders. My intention is to build a team which will provide the highest quality consultancy services to our clients and will make a significant contribution to increasing the delivery of homes in the region."
