St. Modwen Homes hires Southern regional managing director

St. Modwen Homes has appointed Jeremy Attwater regional managing director in the South.

Attwater was previously managing director at Jones Homes Southern Ltd and commercial director at Antler Homes.

In his new role, Attwater will be part of the homes board alongside Martin Install, who is the regional managing director in the north. He will oversee St. Modwen Homes’ strategic direction across the South East and South West, which includes more than 15 existing and upcoming new home developments.

Dave Smith, managing director at St. Modwen Homes, said: “Due to our strong growth and performance over recent years and ongoing growth and geographic expansion plans, we have created two distinctive regional teams for the north and south. With new developments on the horizon, we are committed to continuing delivery of high-quality homes which the UK needs.”
