Stephenson Halliday opens office in Newcastle

Mary Campbell / press release [square]Planning and landscape consultancy Stephenson Halliday have opened a new office in the Old Post Office development in the centre of Newcastle.

The company said the expansion provides a local presence in the North East and strengthens the range of planning expertise it has.

Stephenson Halliday planning director Mary Campbell will lead the new office.

She will be supported by Alastair Willis, who joins the company as technical director (planning) from WYG and Marie-Louise Milliken, previously a principal planner at Banks Developments.

The firm is a specialist in minerals planning, as well as having experience in variety of other sectors, including renewable energy, residential and commercial. 

Willis and Milliken will be working within the residential and commercial market alongside existing staff to expand this area of work. 

Stephenson Halliday is headquartered in Kendal, with additional offices in Glasgow and Ireland.
