1. SENIOR PLANNING OFFICER, BLACKPOOL COUNCIL

2. SENIOR NATIONAL CONSULTANT - PLANNING AND MAJOR INFRASTRUCTURE, NATIONAL TRUST
Location: Flexible/Heelis, Swindon
The job: "This role will focus on major infrastructure developments delivered through the NSIP regime. You will lead on setting up systems and approaches to deliver sound organisational responses to major infrastructure and significant housing developments with pan-regional impacts. You'll be comfortable working with multi-disciplinary teams and getting the best out of specialists. You will drive the Trust's overarching approach to engaging with major infrastructure and will set up new systems and process to track, monitor and horizon scan these key developments and understand and articulate the risks and opportunities for the Trust. You'll make sound recommendations to the Regions and Countries and advise senior staff around the best approaches. You'll relish capturing successes and build best practice and guidance and you'll identify where improvements can be made finding innovative ways to constantly evolve ways of working.
"You’ll coordinate and advise around other strategic developments – such as the Ox-Cam Arc proposals and will provide agile support to other major infrastructure proposals, which are being supported in the regions and countries. This will include engaging with regional consultants and property staff and influencing external stakeholders to develop strategic mitigation asks and map opportunities and risks associated with the development."
3. DEVELOPMENT MANAGER, ROTHER DISTRICT COUNCIL
Location: Rother, East Sussex
The job: "A qualified and experienced town planner with suitable management experience, you will be driven with vision and enthusiasm to be able to lead a friendly and committed team to deliver planned development in the district. You will also have a working understanding of conservation matters and rural planning policy having particular regard to the beautiful historic character of 1066 Country and the High Weald AONB.
"As the council’s lead professional advisor on development management matters you will be responsible for overseeing the processing and determination of all planning and related applications, appeals and enforcement matters, and will manage the planning and enforcement officers, as well as conservation and design professionals.
"Key requirements for this role include leadership skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to build effective working relationships with various outside bodies, the public and politicians, including working closely with the planning committee."

4. LAND AND MINERAL RESOURCES DEVELOPMENT PLANNER, GEOLOGIST AND SURVEYOR ROLES, BREEDON GROUP

As a Landscape Enhancement Senior Adviser, you’ll take a leading role in the roll-out of our Landscape Programme. This is our landmark initiative which is considering the designation of four new areas of outstanding natural beauty and exploring new landscape approaches to deliver ambitious outcomes for people, nature and climate within and beyond designated landscapes.
