The Land Trust has appointed Alan Carter as its new chief executive officer.
Carter was previously director of operations at the Land Trust and has worked for the charity for 12 years.
Euan Hall, former CEO and founder of the Land Trust, announced his retirement earlier this year following 18 years leading the charity since it was established in 2004.
Carter said: “I am delighted to have been appointed CEO and I am excited about working with our partners as the organisation continues to grow. The Land Trust has such strong foundations and we can continue to develop our offering and ensure our charitable objectives are delivered across all of our sites.”
