Three senior hires at GL Hearn

Andrew Murphy, GL Hearn, [square]GL Hearn has announced three senior appointments to its business.

Andrew Murphy joins from Barton Willmore as viability development director. Murphy will provide advice to landowners, developers and local authorities in the form of feasibility studies, viability assessments, due diligence reviews and the negotiation of affordable housing, S106 agreements and review mechanisms.

Oliver Dawson joins from Barton Willmore as an associate director in viability. Dawson will cover feasibility studies, viability assessments, due diligence reviews and the negotiation of affordable housing, S106 agreements and review mechanisms.

Will Sproul joins from Ardent as director of CPO and development management with 20 years of property industry experience. His focus will be on working closely with both public and private sector clients promoting and resisting statutory powers, assessing development potential and delivery options, whilst advising on all associated land, property and compensation matters.
