Trebor Developments launches new division 

Trebor Developments has launched Trebor Developments Strategic Land, a new division that will focus on bringing forward land transactions across the UK to secure planning in order to provide a pipeline of future industrial development sites.

Neal Allcock has been appointed planning director to head up the division. He will join in September from Carter Jonas in Birmingham. 

Bob Tattrie, managing partner at Trebor, said: “I’m delighted to welcome Neal to the Trebor team and he joins us in a period of exciting growth. The UK planning system is slow and complex and having experienced experts like Neal is an important investment the new Trebor division will focus on identifying and promoting land for future Industrial development.”
