Turley announces promotions and appointments

Angela Wiggam  [square]Planning and development consultancy Turley has announced senior level appointments and promotions across its business.

Angela Wiggam is promoted to director, head of planning Belfast and Brian Kelly becomes head of planning Republic of Ireland and City of Derry North West. 

John Davison is promoted to head of strategic communications Ireland.

Andy Ricketts becomes head of EIA from director. 

Marc Timlin takes on the role of head of heritage, townscape and landscape.

Business cases and funding specialist Bindu Pokkyarath is promoted to director in the economics team.

Andrea Kellegher is promoted to director in the strategic communications team. 

Further director-level appointments in planning services see Kate Donald, Rosie Cotterill and Freya Turtle promoted in the Scotland, the Midlands and London teams respectively.
