Turley announces two new appointments

Kyle Welburn [square]Planning and development consultancy Turley has announced two appointments to its business.

Kyle Welburn has been appointed associate director in its Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) team.

Welburn brings 10 years of experience working with clients across the UK, advising on and delivering Environmental Impact Assessments across a range of sectors, but with significant experience in the commercial and property sector.

He joins from Avison Young where he advised on EIA strategy and delivering EIA across the UK with a particular focus across the north of England and London.

Hannah Cooper joins as consultant in its sustainability team.

Cooper joins from Jacobs where she delivered climate change resilience assessment for HS2, acted as environmental lead to United Utilities for 30 design and build wastewater projects, and embedded sustainability at the programme and project-level for the Environment Agency’s Flood and Coastal Erosion Risk Management Capital Programme.
