Turley expands EIA team in London 

Independent advisory firm Turley has announced two new hires in its Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) team in London.

Mary Mescall is appointed director, joining from Stantec (previously Barton Willmore). She has more 24 years of experience in all areas of EIA and has experience in leading and co-ordinating the EIA process from inception to post-submission and consent across sectors including mixed-use, residential, urban regeneration and net zero infrastructure.

Abbie Becker is appointed senior consultant, joining from Stantec. She has more than five years of experience across a range of land development and infrastructure projects, providing specialist EIA advice for private and public sector clients across sectors including residential, commercial and industrial.
