Turley expands London planning team
Planning and development consultancy Turley has made two appointments in its London office.
Christopher Schiele joins as associate director from GL Hearn and specialises in high-density regeneration projects. He brings a wide range of experience working on large-scale residential-led mixed-use developments across London and the South East.
Schiele said: “There are some great opportunities across the capital at the moment and this move enables me to work on a number of exciting new and ongoing projects such as the transformation of Bromley-by-Bow and the redevelopment of the Middlesex Business Centre (Margarine Works) in Southall.”
Luke Sumnall has been appointed assistant planner from GL Hearn having spent the last two years on a planning graduate scheme. He has worked on a range of mixed-use schemes across London and the South East.
Ben Wrighton, head of planning in Turley’s London office, said: “The growing number of large-scale mixed-use projects planned and under construction in the capital has led to an increase in demand for trusted advisers which these new members of the team will play a key role in servicing.”
