Turley expands team in Manchester

Turley has expanded its planning team in Manchester with new appointments.

Mike O’Brien has been appointed director, and joins from Hourigan Connolly. He brings residential-sector experience, having worked with national and regional housebuilders and land promoters.

Elinor George and Jenny Fryer have been appointed senior planner and planner respectively.

Senior consultant Jack Boyce and assistant consultant Esme Parkins have joined the strategic communications team.

Stephen Bell, head of planning for the north at Turley, said: The team and I are looking forward to working alongside Mike, Ellie and Jenny in the future.”
