Turley hires senior planning director in London

Mark Underwood [square]Planning and development consultancy Turley has appointed Mark Underwood as senior director, planning and head of London.

Underwood was previously head of planning at Deloitte and brings 25 years of experience in business leadership and delivering built environment projects across a broad range of sectors in London and across the UK. 

He will oversee the firm’s London office where he will have a wider national role in delivering the company’s growth and business objectives.  

Former head of London at Turley, Roger Mascall, will continue to oversee the practice’s national heritage, landscape and townscape service and focus on practice leadership responsibilities.

Dave Trimingham, chief executive of Turley, said: “With his expertise across commercial, residential, and major mixed-use regeneration projects across London and the UK, we are excited about how Mark will support and strengthen our established position in these markets, and beyond.
