Two senior additions to niche property consultancy

CF Commercial, a consultancy that specialises in finding unique occupiers that add character and value to developments, has appointed Marc Dobber and Harriet Gidney.

Dobber, a chartered surveyor, and Gidney, who has 10 years of retail experience, will focus on site acquisitions and disposals.

Gidney joined from West End-focused CWM Property Advisors, where she worked in tenant representation.

Dobber moved from CBRE’s Canary Wharf office, where he consulted on major mixed-use schemes across East London.

CF Commercial, founded in 2009, recently worked on Westgate Centre in Hackney, which offered 8,000 square feet of office space for creative firms.
