Untold Living appoints planning director 

Untold Living has appointed Ed Aldridge as land and planning director to manage the later living developer-operator's sites and assets.

Aldridge brings experience in whole-lifecycle development within the care and later living sectors.

He spent nearly a decade at Castleoak Care Development Ltd and will be responsible for accelerating the growth and delivery of Untold Living’s development pipeline.

Aldridge said:  “Britain’s population of older people is projected to grow rapidly, so it is critical that we deliver the required volume of purpose-built retirement homes today to meet the demand of tomorrow.”
