The acquisition would increase WSP’s advisory and planning services, expanding its renewable energy clients and building a critical mass in the water sector.

It would also add expertise in urban development and planning for WSP’s property and buildings business.

RPS is a global professional services firm, made up of around 5,000 consultants, designers, planners, engineers and technical specialists across approximately 100 different offices in 12 developed countries.
