WSP hires two directors

Andrew Teage [square]Professional services consultancy WSP has announced two appointments to its regional planning consultancy teams across the Midlands and north west of England.

Nigel Harris has been appointed director in Birmingham. Harris has more than 34 years of experience in town planning and was previously a director at Boyer. 

He will collaborate alongside other senior colleagues in the planning consultancy team to help shape the future strategic direction of WSP’s national planning consultancy offer.

Andrew Teage joins the Liverpool office as director. Teage will continue the growth of the team in the North West with a market focus on Merseyside and adjoining regions.  He will work with senior colleagues to help shape the future strategic direction of WSP’s national planning consultancy offer.

Teage said: “Having only recently joined, it is already proving to be an inspiring journey. In a time of immense change for communities, we need a planning system that works for everybody, instilling confidence to deliver and promote sustainable regional economic growth, which has real resonance with the recently announced UK levelling up strategy.”
