Bracknell Forest is one of six Unitary Authorities in the county of Berkshire, our offices are located in Bracknell, which is has a proud planning heritage as it was one of the first post war New Towns.  Bracknell has matured into a thriving and established community and the Borough also encompasses a number of smaller towns and villages set within attractive wooded countryside and is partly covered by Green Belt.  We are home to a range of large companies including Dell, Waitrose, Cable and Wireless and Hewlett Packard as well as the RMA Sandhurst.  We have excellent transport connections by rail and road, a wide range of leisure facilities, highly performing schools and with the redevelopment of Bracknell Town Centre underway it will become an even more attractive place in which to live and work.
