Charterhouse Property Group is a privately owned company, investing and developing within several key sectors of the UK property market for over 20 years.  During this time, the company has diversified from acquiring portfolios of tenanted properties into residential and commercial investment and development, and in 2006 expanded into strategic land.

In 2017 we started building an in house strategic land team, forming a new company, Charterhouse Strategic Land Ltd. This company promotes land through the planning system for residential and mixed-use development, covering the south of England and the Midlands. CSL drives the land through the planning process, selecting the best project teams for each site.  

One of the key differences with CSL is that we are a privately funded company, providing a great opportunity to progress within a growing company where you can make a difference.
