Full Time

We have the opportunity to tender for a one off piece of work to with a client in Wiltshire who are looking for a specialist Regen Consultant to carry out a project review and stakeholder engagement exercise. Our client's funding and governance model has been in place for a number of years and they now require a review of the existing model to include a desktop review and carrying out interviews with Councillors, key members, local MPs and contractors in respect of their current project work stream and forthcoming strategic projects that exist within their masterplan.

You will be required to produce a report at the end of the consultation exercise to assess suitability of the current delivery model, including the deliverability of the town centre masterplan, current income and expenditure arrangements and value for money. As part of the exercise you will undertake an analysis of options for future delivery models and provide suitable recommendations. You will be required to present the report and analysis to our client and to facilitate discussion on findings.

The biggest challenge with this piece of work will be the timeframe involved as you will have a 3 week window in which to deliver the work between 23rd October and 10th November.

To be able to meet the requirements of this role and deliver our clients objectives you will need to have a proven track record in delivering assessment projects of a similar nature. You will need to be able to work independently and efficiently to address the key issues and to provide considered and careful insight and recommendations so you will need to have a wealth of experience in strategic regen work at a senior level within a local authority environment.

We expect to pay around £550/day, the rate is negotiable. Please contact us ASAP to register your interest as we have to submit a full tender response for the piece of work by Friday 13th October.
