What you’ll need
It’s an ideal step up for someone with strong a Residential background with any experience on Infrastructure projects being advantageous. The Planning Partner will hold an excellent knowledge of planning legislation in South Wales and would be expected to win work through their extensive network of contacts. Experience as an expert witness at Public Inquiries and Hearings would be strongly preferred.
