Principal Planning Manager
It is an exciting time to join us at Wellingborough. We have a strategic urban extension underway and one ready to start, with further ambitious plans to regenerate our town centre and respond to the changes required for future housing and commercial growth.
Our plans don’t stop there, we hope to have a new local plan ready this year and a new planning manager in place to lead and take forward our ambitions; if you can help us with this we are keen to hear from you.
We have recently restructured bringing all of our planning functions together under one principal manager role to be better equipped to respond to the challenges ahead, and to continue our planning delivery performance success.
Ideally you will have experience of leading and managing multi-disciplinary teams working closely with employees, members and customers to deliver great customer service and also working across the organisation as part of a wider management team.
