We are now recruiting for the following roles across the UK:

Technical Director – Infrastructure Planning

We are seeking a highly respected infrastructure planner who can be a trusted advisor to clients and can drive all stages of the planning consent process through effective stakeholder management and risk management. You will lead the preparation and submission of planning applications and documents as part of Development Consent Orders and consents under the Town and Country Planning Act. You will have demonstrable experience in business growth bringing a sound commercial mind-set and strong client relationships. As an experienced people manager, you will mentor and motivate a team to deliver client outcomes. Through a collaborative approach you will bring integrated problem solving within multidisciplinary teams.

Socio economic Specialist:

You will be responsible for undertaking socio economic assessments and regeneration studies for projects ranging from major infrastructure schemes and large mixed use/ residential developments to community regeneration masterplans. You will work collaboratively with clients and your planning, design, environmental planning colleagues to develop integrated outcomes. Applying current guidance, you will prepare high quality and robust assessments and studies. You will be an ambassador for socio economic capability and achievements, promoting best practice and exploring new work opportunities.

Environmental Planners: Consultant/Senior Consultant

You will have the opportunity to deliver successful outcomes for our clients by helping them manage their environmental planning risks through involvement in the impact assessment process to support DCO and Town and Country Planning Act consents. You will establish strong relationships within a multidisciplinary team, co-ordinating and influencing project stakeholders to maximise client and environmentally responsible outcomes. Working as a coordinator we will support you to take responsibility for resource allocation and quality assurance but also the commercial aspects of selected projects to ensure a successful result. Providing environmental advice which complies with current regulation and best practice through effective oral and written communication and promoting innovative ways of communicating and reporting will be key.
