 Sam Ferris Associates are working exclusively with a national property consultancy to find an Associate Director / Planning Director to join their Midlands Planning team. This is a unique opportunity for an ambitious professional to join a healthy pipeline of work whilst having the commitment to grow a team around someone.

This professional will sit alongside the current Planning Directors to assist in the day to day running and management of the team as well as strategic future plans. Due to the teams reputation for delivering high quality work, there is a large pipeline of work coming in which this individual will pick up initially to take the strain off business development from day one.
